模板法制備三氧化鎢粉體
用硅酸作為硬模板,磷鎢酸氯作為前驅(qū)體,將介孔硅分散于乙醇中并且加入H3PW12O40?nH2O充分?jǐn)嚢?h,置于室溫下濃縮。在350~900℃下鍛燒得到WO3粉體,在氫氟酸中除去硅模板并用離心法得到產(chǎn)物,最終合成了結(jié)晶高度有序的三氧化鎢粒子。
