A Preparation Method of Yellow Tungsten Oxide Titanium Dioxide Composite Catalyst
Step One: Add tetrabutyl titanate to the mixed solution of absolute ethanol and glacial acetic acid, magnetically stir for 15-60min, then add dilute nitric acid, and magnetically stir for 30-30min in a 30-60 °C water bath to obtain a titanium dioxide sol;
Step Two: Add ammonium tungstate to the mixed solution of oxalic acid and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring for 30-45min, so that the ammonium tungstate is fully dissolved to obtain an ammonium tungstate solution;
Step Three: Mix titanium dioxide sol and ammonium tungstate solution uniformly, put into a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined reaction kettle, and reacted at a temperature of 150-200 °C for 20-24 hours. After cooling, filtering, washing and drying, the composite catalyst of yellow tungsten oxide and titanium dioxide can be obtained.
