The experts used 5040 as a dispersant to prepare Cs0.33WO3 slurry by ball milling dispersion method, and studied the influence of the dispersing dose and ball milling time on the stability of Cs0.33WO3 slurry. The experts also prepared Cs0.33WO3 coating by adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), finished acrylic emulsion (PVC) and acrylic emulsion, and studied the visible light transmission and near-infrared shielding performance of Cs0.33WO3 coating.

The results show that for dispersant 5040, the prepared Cs0.33WO3 slurry has the highest stability when the relative mass fraction of Cs0.33WO3 powder is 5% and the ball mill dispersion time is 6h. In 15d, the ratio of the sedimentation height of Cs0.33WO3 slurry to the total slurry height can be maintained at about 16%, and the maximum visible light transmittance is 59%. Both PVA/Cs0.33WO3 and PVC/Cs0.33WO3 coatings have a visible light transmittance of about 70%, but PVC/Cs0.33WO3 coatings have better near-infrared shielding properties than PVA/Cs0.33WO3 coatings.
