Experts observed that the XRD patterns of Cs0.33WO3 before and after air atmosphere annealing at different temperature for 2h, and they found that the diffraction pattern was consistent with the hexagonal Cs0.32WO3 diffraction pattern of the standard card. As the temperature of the heat treatment in air increases, the diffraction peak of the powder gradually becomes apparent. According to the calculation of Xie Le formula, the grain size of untreated Cs0.33WO3 powder is 10nm, and the grain size of Cs0.33WO3 powder heat treated by air at 200°C and 400°C is 26nm and 32nm, respectively. And the crystal grains grow as the heat treatment temperature increases.
