It is well known that some automotive films are able to block UV rays as a large amount of UV blockers are added during the manufacturing process. The UV blocker referred to herein is a material that specifically blocks the passage of ultraviolet wavelengths.
However, considering the cost and other factors, some automotive film manufacturers do not add a sufficient amount of UV blockers in the film or just add some cheap UV blockers, resulting in degradation of the UV protection performance of the automotive film.

In this regard, experts said that the thermal insulation film prepared using cesium tungsten bronze dingal particles as raw material is different. They said that even adding with only a small amount of Cs0.32WO3 particles, the obtained heat insulation film may provide a good shielding property to UV and heat (near-infrared rays), due to the excellent optical properties of cesium tungsten bronze raw material itself.
