Experts have found that the grain size of Cs0.32WO3 nanoparticles increases with the increasing of pH if the pH is equal or greater than 7. This is because at higher pH, the surface of the cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder adsorbs a negative charge. When adsorbing too much negative charge, the electric double layer on the surface of the particle will be squeezed. The layer is destroyed and the cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles will agglomerate and even precipitate.
