1.0 The amount of the reaction materials ammonium tungstate and cesium carbonate is dissolved in deionized water. And tungstic acid solution is configured by exchange resin.
2.0 Polyethylene glycol is dissolved in deionized water to prepare a reaction solvent. The reaction mass of the solvent is 3.2 times the sum of the mass of tungsten salt and cesium salt. Mix the tungstic acid solution, cesium carbonate solution and reaction solvent under continuous stirring at 80°C water bath for 3h, and then the hydrothermal reaction precursor is prepared.
3.0 The precursor is placed in a sealed hydrothermal reactor equipped with a stirrer under conditions of 300°C, and the reaction is stirred 15h.
4.0 The hydrothermal reaction precipitate is washed repeatedly with deionized water at 120°C, dried 12h, and then pulverized using a jet mill. And finally the powder is heat treated in a hydrogen atmosphere at 5°C/min heating rate to 800°C for 1h to obtain the cesium doped tungsten oxide nano powder.
