1.0 Weigh 3.1g ammonium metatungstate, 0.83g cesium hydroxide and 5.1g tartaric acid, add 50ml propylene glycol, and react at 170°C for 3h;
2.0 The mixture obtained in step 1.0 is charged into a para-polyphenyl pressure reactor and reacted at 260°C for 8h;
