Experts have proposed a preparation method of cesium doped tungsten oxide powder, which has certain cost advantage and a short reaction cycle. The preparation of Cs doped tungsten oxide mainly includes the following steps:
1.0 Weigh ammonium paratungstate, cesium hydroxide in accordance with the Cs/W molar ratio 1:(1.5-2.8), add tartaric acid and ethylene glycol, and react at 170°C for 3h; wherein the molar ratio of tartaric acid to cesium ions is (3-7):1; the amount of ethylene glycol is to make the molar concentration of cesium hydroxide reach 0.1-0.4 mol/L.
2.0 The mixture obtained in step 1.0 is charged into a pressure-capacity bomb of polyphenylene material, and reacted at 260-270°C for 5-8h.
3.0 The reactant obtained in the step 2.0 was subjected to alcohol washing, centrifugation, and vacuum drying at 80°C to obtain cesium doped tungsten oxide powder with complete crystallinity.
