The phase structure analysis of the cesium tungsten oxide was carried out by an X-ray diffractometer. The Cu target was irradiated with a tube voltage of 40kV, a current of 20mA, a scanning rate of 6 (°)/min, and a scanning range of 5°-70°. The elemental content of the powder was characterized by an energy spectrometer in a scanning electron microscope. The optical absorption properties of such powder and film were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer in the range of 300-1100nm.
