Preparation Method of Cesium Tungsten Oxide
1.0 The tungstate solution is exchanged with cationic resin to obtain tungstic acid sol;
2.0 Add citric acid solution and cesium carbonate solution to the tungstic acid sol, and then performing a mixture treatment to obtain precursor liquid for hydrothermal reaction;
3.0 The hydrothermal reaction precursor liquid is hydrothermally reacted at a temperature of 160-180°C and a pressure of 0.8-1MPa. After the reaction is completed, the washing treatment and the drying treatment are carried out to obtain cesium tungsten oxide.
Experts also found that the dingal film of cesium tungsten oxide has excellent shielding performance in infrared, especially near-infrared, and the production cost is lower than the original method.
