Preparation of Cesium Tungsten Bronze Powder
1.0 Adopt sodium tungstate (Na2WO4?2H2O) as a raw material to prepare 0.5mol/L sodium tungstate solution, and the 0.5mol/L tungstic acid sol was obtained by cation resin exchange.
2.0 Add an appropriate amount of citric acid solution and an appropriate amount of cesium carbonate solution to the obtained tungstic acid sol, and stir uniformly to obtain the hydrothermal reaction precursor liquid. The ratio of n (Cs)/n (W) in the precursor liquid is 0.1:1, 0.2:1, 0.3:1, respectively. And the citric acid concentration is 1.1mol/L.
3.0 The precursor solution was placed in an autoclave and reacted at 190°C for 3 d. After ultrasonic washing, alcohol washing, centrifugation, and drying, the cesium tungsten bronze powder was finally obtained.
