Microstructure of blue tungsten oxide nano powder for preparing heat-insulating glass window film can be obtained by powder sample preparation technology and analysis of scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy. As can be seen from the results, blue tungsten oxide particles are blue tungsten oxide aggregates which are formed by single crystal polymerization into polycrystalline particles and then composed of polycrystalline particles. Moreover, the phase composition of blue tungsten oxide powder is not uniform. Specifically, it can be divided into the following points:
1.0 The microstructure of blue tungsten oxide is relatively complicated. There are obvious violet tungsten oxide phase in the sample. So, it requires strict control of production process and perfect equipment for reducing violet tungsten oxide phase in the production of blue tungsten oxide as much as possible.
2.0 The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis of blue tungsten oxide sample showed that the blue tungsten oxide particles were polycrystalline particles formed by single crystal polymerization and then composed of polycrystalline particles.
3.0 Changing the physical properties of blue tungsten oxide can be derived from the process conditions that affect the microstructure of blue tungsten oxide powder.
