Preparation of Mo-doped Nanocrystalline Tungsten Oxide by Spray Pyrolysis Method
Nanocrystalline tungsten oxide with different Mo doping content may be prepared by spray pyrolysis method. It is found that the grain size and surface roughness of the film increase with the increase of Mo doping content. After that, the particle size of crystal will gradually decrease and the surface of the film layer will also become correspondingly flat, which is accompanied by a decrease in discoloration performance.
In fact, the nanocrystalline structure and rough surface which are favorable for hydrogen ion transport are the key factors affecting the discoloration performance of tungsten oxide. The same is true for structural stability. Since these channels have good transmission reversibility, they can effectively reduce irreversible damage to the configuration during the migration of ions in the forward (embedded) and reverse (extracted) processes.
