A Preparation Method of Nano Tungsten Trioxide for Balcony Heat Insulating Glass Coating
The saturated ammonium tungstate solution was heated to 65 °C, then ammonium chloride was added at an amount of 8 g/L and stirred for 0.5 h. And then, tartaric acid, ethylenediamine tetrapropionic acid, and diethanolamine were added in the order of 11 g/L, 32 g/L, and 6 g/L, stir until they completely dissolved and continue stirring for 1 h. Continue stirring, and add 320 ml/L of nitric acid to form a tungstic acid gel. Place the gel in a heating furnace, and dry at 140 °C. Heat up at a rate of 1 °C/min, hold for 1 h. Then, heat up to 340 °C at a rate of 2 °C/min, hold for 3h, calcined, and finally pulverized by ball milling to obtain tungsten trioxide nano powder.
