Assembly of Electrochromic Device by Hot Pressing Film Method
Step One: Place the FTO conductive glass coated with Mo-doped tungsten oxide electrochromic film on the hot press of the hot press, coat the prepared polymethyl methacrylate/propylene carbonate and polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene/N, N-dimethylformamide quasi-solid electrolyte to the tungsten oxide film, and then another piece of FTO conductive glass is overlaid on the electrolyte.
Step Two: Place a 0.13 mm thick, 2 mm wide 3M tape between the two FTO glass to control the thickness of electrolyte and prevent short circuits. Then, the electrochromic device was produced by hot pressing at 70 °C for 10 s with a pressure of 0.4 kPa using a hot press.
Step Three: Wrap the edge of the device with UV-curable adhesive to make it firmer.
