Tungsten oxide nanoparticles for infrared ultraviolet shielding material can be obtained by a solvothermal method using ethanol as an alcohol solvent, a molar concentration of 15mM, a reaction time of 24h at different temperatures (160°C, 180°C, and 200°C). From the figure, we can see that under the experimental conditions that the alcohol solvent is ethanol, the molar concentration of the solution and the reaction time are fixed, when the reaction temperature is 160°C, the synthesized nanoparticles are nanospheres, but the uniformity of the nanospheres is not uniform. When the reaction temperature is 180°C, the generated tungsten oxide nano particles show a distinct spherical shape and become tungsten oxide nanosphere particles with a particle size ranging from 800nm to 1μm. These particles have the advantages of good uniformity, smooth surface, and less surface protrusion. When the temperature is increased to 200°C, the uniformity of the nanosphere particles decreases, the surface protrusion of the sphere increases, and some nanospheres have a junction phenomenon, and a small amount of small granular nanoparticles are distributed around the nanosphere particles. It is presumed that the temperature is increased and the nanospheres are broken after excessive growth.
