Cleaning the surface to be coated → drying →spraying→ standing → drying. Certainly, substrate pretreatment is required.
Pretreatment of the metal substrate: Sand blasting to remove the rust layer and the oxide film.
Pretreatment of other substrates: Degreasing cleaning with water or ethanol to keep the surface clean. And the diluent is not necessary. Determine the use and dosage according to the concentration and coating requirements.
