Spraying technology has certain application prospects in preparation of electrochromic window glass films of large areas. However, at present, the electrochromic film prepared by spray method uses a molecular precursor liquid as a spray liquid, so the prepared film is often a bulk film, which affects the electrochromic response time. In other solution-prepared film technologies, to obtain more open porous structures, it is often necessary to add a block polymer during film preparation. This pore-forming method tends to collapse and crack after annealing treatment. Therefore, to maintain the bonding force between the film and the substrate, the film prepared by the soft template method is thin, and the thickness requirement is often not satisfied.
Therefore, some experts have tried to prepare ultra-fine nanowire inks. It is hoped that the porous electrochromic film will be constructed by using the interlaced network structure of WO3 nanowires as a template, and a large-area tungsten trioxide electrochromic film can be prepared by this method, finally to explore the electrochromic device.
