Some experts used electrochemical workstations to perform cyclic voltammetry tests on Ti-doping tungsten oxide electrochromic film prepared at different temperature. The experts recorded the CV curves of the first cycle and the 200th cycle at a constant scan rate of 0.01V/s and at the same voltage of ±1.2V, as shown in the following figure—Transmission spectra of the colored and faded states of WO3:Ti films prepared at different temperatures in the wavelength range of 300nm to 2500nm before and after 200 cycles at voltage ±1.2V. And it can be found:

With the increase of temperature, the CV curve coincidence degree increases gradually after 200 cycles of the film. At 350°C, the CV curve almost coincides before and after the cycle. And the increased degree of crystallization makes the structure of the film more stable and improves the cycle stability performance. Experts also said that the change in modulation amplitude is generally the same as that of undoped WO3, and the attenuation of the modulation amplitude is improved after 200 cycles of temperature increase. However, compared with undoped WO3, the WO3: Ti film prepared at 350°C has almost no change in modulation amplitude after 200 cycles, showing very high cycle reversibility, indicating that WO3 structural stability is further increased after WO3 doping with Ti, and the injected lithium ions can be almost completely extracted.
