Electrochromic Performance Test of Ta Doping Tungsten Oxide Film
A sample of Ta doping tungsten oxide film was placed in a 0.1mol/L H2SO4 solution. A constant current of -1mA was applied to each of the prepared transparent Ta-doped tungsten oxide film samples by an electrochemical workstation for 60s. That is, the amount of charge of about 20mC/cm2 was injected. The colored area was about 3cm2 during the test. At this time, the film is colored. The transmittance Tc of the colored state of the film was measured immediately on an ellipsometer. Change the polarity of the current by applying a constant current of -1mA to the film sample. The electric power of 20mC/cm2 was extracted in the same way and the transmittance Tb of the film in the discolored state was measured. The transmittance difference between the colored state and the discolored state is the optical modulation amplitude ΔT of the Ta-doped tungsten oxide film.
