Then, hydrothermal reaction was further carried out: 10.5mL of hydrothermal precursor liquid, 3.5mL of 3mol/L hydrochloric acid, 28mL of deionized water, 14mL of absolute ethanol and a certain amount of urea were transferred to a hydrothermal kettle with a volume of 70mL.
