Some experts used cesium carbonate and ammonium metatungstate powder as raw materials to prepare thermal insulation material with a molar ratio of Cs:W:Cl=0.33:1:0.20, and adopted the prepared material to prepare thermal insulation dispersion, finally, a transparent heat insulation film for architectural glass was obtained. The specific steps are as follows:
Step one: 10g of ammonium metatungstate was formulated into a 30wt% aqueous solution and stirred uniformly to obtain a transparent liquid A. 0.44g of ammonium chloride was added into the transparent liquid A, and the mixture was uniformly stirred to obtain a transparent liquid A'. 2.2g of cesium carbonate was prepared into a 50wt% aqueous solution and stirred uniformly to obtain a transparent liquid B. Further, the liquid B was gradually dropped into the liquid A' while maintaining the stirring of the liquid A' to obtain a transparent mixed liquid C. The mixed liquid C was heated at 145°C to obtain a powdery product. The powder product was heated at 550°C for 20 minutes under a reduced atmosphere of 10vol% of hydrogen to obtain a thermal insulating powder P with a molar ratio of Cs:W:Cl=0.33:1:0.20.

Step two: add the thermal insulation powder product P to the toluene solvent to prepare a 1% solution, adding a 40% polymer dispersant, grinding and dispersing with 2mm yttrium zirconium beads to obtain nano dispersion D. This dispersion D was combined with an acrylic resin to form a 30 wt% coating E. The coating E was applied to the glass by wet coating, and dried at 80°C for half an hour to obtain a new type of transparent heat-insulating film, which was environmentally friendly with excellent heat insulating effect.
