Nano ammonium metatungstate may be used to prepare cesium tungsten bronze thermal insulation dispersion liquid with excellent optical properties. The obtained dispersion liquid is a type of transparent aqueous phase nano dispersion liquid that can be blended with an aqueous resin (acrylic resin) on an architectural glass substrate to obtain a transparent nanocomposite coating. The prepared coating has a good near-infrared shielding effect and a high visible light transmittance. Among them, the mass ratio of cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles to acrylic resin was 7.0%, and the coating thickness was 6μm.

According to experts, when the visible light transmittance of the obtained nanocomposite coating of nano particle size cesium tungsten bronze at 500nm is 74%, the shielding rate of near-infrared light at 1000nm reaches 90%. Moreover, the coating not only has high transparency, but also has good near-infrared shielding performance and heat insulation performance. Also, such coating has high surface hardness and strong adhesion to the glass substrate.
