A glass heat insulation treatment method includes the following steps:
1.0 Put clean glass in a clean and confined space with inlet and outlet air system, temperature controlled at 25-35°C, humidity controlled below 80%;
2.0 Prepare a spray agent containing the following components: inorganic nano ceramic resin 30-50%, near-infrared short-wave nano shielding material 5-20% (ammonium metatungstate powder), near-infrared long-wave nano shielding material 5-15%, ultraviolet nano shielding material 3-10%, leveling agent 0.2-0.5%, curing agent 0.2-1%, solvent balance.
3.0 The spray agent is placed in a watering can and the spray parameters are set to: air pressure of 1.0-3.5bar; flow rate of 10-30ml/min; width of 40-100%; spray distance of 10-30cm; spray speed of 20-50cm/s;
4.0 Spray the coating evenly onto the glass with a spray gun and then allow the glass to settle until the coating solidifies.
