The preparation process includes the following steps:
Step one: The ethylene propylene diene monomer, halogen-free red toner, halogen-free PE wax, halogen-free dispersant, halogen-free orange toner were added to the mixer for mixing. The speed of the mixer was 1100rpm, the mixing temperature was 52°C, and the mixing time is 32min, to get a rubber compound A;
Step two: Add anti-yellowing agent, nano cesium tungsten bronze powder, bamboo charcoal powder, nano silicon micro powder, negative ion fraction, titanium dioxide and anti-aging agent RD in the mixture A. After mixing thoroughly, pour into the mixer and stir. First, low-speed stirring. And then high-speed stirring. The low-speed stirring rate of 400rev/min, stirring time of 5 min; the high-speed stirring rate of 3200rev/min, stirring time of 10min, to obtain mixed rubber B;
Step three: The mixed rubber B was added to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, and the extrusion temperature was 185°C to obtain color masterbatch. In this process, to enhance the flame retardant performance of the color masterbatch, it further adds 9 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 4 parts of calcium carbide, 5 parts of bentonite, and 5 parts of antimony trioxide. Adding the above ingredients can increase the crosslink density of the rubber and improve the flame retardancy of the color masterbatch.
