Nano Cs doped tungsten oxide for thermal insulation dispersion can be prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using Na2WO4?2H2O and Cs2CO3 as raw materials and citric acid as a reducing agent. In the process, the experts also heat-treated the samples at different temperatures and at different atmosphere. The structure properties of the powders are characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. And the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is used as a film-forming agent. And then, the obtained coatings are coated on glass slides. Also, the optical properties of the coating are studied.

The results show that the optical transmittance of Cs0.33WO3 nano powder after air heat treatment at 200°C has not changed significantly, but the near-infrared shielding performance of samples subjected to air heat treatment at 400°C is significantly reduced. In the carbon powder environment, heat treatment is applied to Cs0.33WO3 powder. And the infrared shielding performance has no significant affected. Besides, the Cs0.33WO3 powder with a nitrogen heat treatment at 500°C for 2h has excellent shielding in the near-infrared region and high transmittance in the visible region.
