華東地勘局入股英WTI50.1%
據(jù)新華社報(bào)道，(ECE)近日海外市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓再進(jìn)一步，與英國(guó)一家主營(yíng)金屬採(cǎi)選和冶煉的資源類企業(yè)Weatherly International Plc(簡(jiǎn)稱WTI)達(dá)成絕對(duì)控股認(rèn)購(gòu)意向。
據(jù)悉，華東地勘局?jǐn)M以總認(rèn)購(gòu)價(jià)格1,608.7萬(wàn)英鎊(約1.99億港元)收購(gòu)該企業(yè)50.1％的股份，并將擔(dān)任董事會(huì)主席，并承擔(dān)該企業(yè)所有勘探任務(wù)。
這是繼今年6月華東地勘局成功收購(gòu)澳洲一上市稀土企業(yè)股份后，海外市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓再進(jìn)一步，擁有境外絕對(duì)控股上市公司。
