云南省國土資源廳將對過期探礦權(quán)采礦權(quán)進行全面清理
新華網(wǎng)昆明９月２４日專電（記者浦超）記者從云南省國土資源廳了解到，為了鞏固夯實整頓規(guī)范礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)秩序成果，妥善解決當前存在的探礦權(quán)采礦權(quán)過期問題，進一步規(guī)范探礦權(quán)采礦權(quán)管理工作，云南省國土資源廳將對過期探礦權(quán)采礦權(quán)進行全面清理。
據(jù)了解，云南將摸清每個過期礦業(yè)權(quán)基本情況、勘查開采現(xiàn)狀、過期原因和存在問題，按照“尊重歷史、兼顧現(xiàn)實、分類處置、依法辦理”的原則，分門別類地提出處理意見，通過限期辦理延續(xù)登記、依法注銷等方式，對過期探礦權(quán)、采礦權(quán)進行全面清理和規(guī)范，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，全面更新探礦權(quán)、采礦權(quán)管理數(shù)據(jù)庫，嚴格規(guī)范礦業(yè)權(quán)審批、監(jiān)管程序，全面提升礦業(yè)權(quán)管理水平。
據(jù)了解，云南省國土資源廳要求，所有過期探礦權(quán)、采礦權(quán)在未獲得延續(xù)登記批準前，一律不得進行勘查開采活動，對擅自進行勘查開采的，一律不再受理延續(xù)登記申請，其礦業(yè)權(quán)予以注銷；并以無證探礦采礦予以嚴肅查處。全省各級國土資源部門在審核和審批過程中，必須遵照“實事求是，公開、公平、公正”的原則依法依規(guī)辦理，對弄虛作假、借機搭車、違反政策的，一經(jīng)查實，按照有關(guān)規(guī)定，嚴肅追究相關(guān)單位和責任人的責任。
